All rates above are subject of 10% prevailing to government tax and service charge

2. Seasonal:
Low Season: January 10 - June 30, september 16 to December 9
Minimum stay : 5 nights
High Season: July 1 - September 15, December 10 - December 19, easter week and Chinese New Year week. Minimum stay : 7 nights
Peak Season : August 01 - 31, Christmas & New year period ( December 20 - January 9)
Minimum stay : 10 nights.

3 . Check in/out time:
Check in time: 14:00
Check out time: 13:00

4. Inclusion:

5. VILLA CAPACITY
We strictly observe the villa capacity policy. For example: 3 bedroom maximum occupancy is 6 persons, 4 bedroom villas maximum occupancy is 8 persons. If you wish to have additional guests we must get informed in advance.
