1. Seasonal Period:
- Low Season : 16 January - 30 June (excluding Easter and Chinese New Year week) 16 September - 14 December.
- High Season : Easter and Chinese New Year 1 July - 31 July, 1 September - 15 September
- Peak Season : 01 August - 31 August, 15 December - 15 January.
2. Minimum stay requirement:
Low season : 2 nights
High season : 5 nights
Peak season : 10 nights
3. CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIMES
- Clients may check into a villa after 2pm.
- The mandatory check out time is 11am.
- In cases where there is no other booking for the same day, may extend the check-out time until 3pm.
- Late check-out prior to 6pm will incur a half-night rate;
- Late check-out past 6pm incurs a full night rate
4. Method of Payment
1. To secure the booking we require your written e-mail or fax as confirmation to reserve the Villa, and then we will send you a pro forma invoice for a 50% deposit from the total rental outlay.
2. The down payment should be made via telegraphic bank transfer quoted in $US or Rupiah
3. Reservation is confirmed when the deposit are received via bank transfer or in $ US cash
4. All of Bank administration cost to be bare by the clients/guests
5. The copy of bank transferred should send via fax
5. Rates above are inclusive of:
- Chauffeur-driven airport transfers in a new seven-seater vehicle
- Welcome drinks (fresh fruit juice/beer)
- A chef and his team to prepare all meals and bar snacks
- A la carte breakfast
- Tea and coffee throughout the day
- Bottled water throughout the villa
- Laundry and pressing (excludes dry cleaning)
- Driver with excellent knowledge of the island for up to 8 hours per day, thereafter US$8 per hour. The vehicle will have a full tank of petrol on arrival and guests will be charged for refills based on usage throughout their stay
