High & Peak Season Periods High season period: July 15 - August 31 Peak season period: December 21 - January 05 3. Villa Capacity We strictly observe the villa capacity policy. For example: 1 bedroom maximum occupancy is 2 persons, 2 bedroom villas maximum occupancy is 4 persons, 3 bedroom villa maximum occupancy is 6 persons. If you wish to have additional guests we must get informed in advance. 4. Check in/out time Check-in time: 14:00; Check-out time: 12:00. Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability. 5 .
