All rates are net/villa/night, inclusive of applicable government tax, service charge.

2. Seasonal:
High season period: July 15 - September 15, Easter Week;
Peak season period: December 20 - January 8.

3 . Check in/out time:
- Check-in time: 14:00; Check-out time: 12:00.
- Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability

4. Minimum Stay Requirements:
Low Season: 5-nights,
High Season: 7-nights,
Peak Season: 10-nights
The villa will accept either two or three nights length of stay but subject to case by case.
