Krakatau Festival XX/2010 peak will be held next July 24 – 25th in Lampung. The event will be attended by dozens of ambassadors from friendly countries.

Head of Culture and Tourism Gatot Hadi Utomo, Lampung Province, says that this time Krakatau Festival will be more marked in tradition and culture activities with more involvement of indigenous peoples.

Krakatau Festival accompanied by a number of traditional festivals held associations of indigenous peoples, such as the Festival Ngarak by the Society of Lampung Sai which will display a variety of traditions – indigenous cultures of the various clans in Lampung.
